I am paying a different amount than I was expecting

There are primarily two main reasons for a change in the billing amount.

  1. Change in Subscription Plan (Annual to Monthly or vice versa)
If you wish to change your plan from annual to monthly or vice versa you will be charged as per your usage till the date you change the plan, which implies that the number of days from the latest payment would be considered and accordingly that amount will be accounted, the rest of the amount corresponding to the remaining duration will be transferred back to your workspace in the form of BIMcoins.
So, if you come across any other amount than what you used to pay, the chances are, you probably changed the plan.

  1. A change in the number of billable users in the workspace
Any member who is a manager or editor in any of the projects will be considered as a billable user. Viewers are not considered as billable users.
So, if you come across any other amount than what you used to pay, the chances are, you probably added or removed a few members from your workspace.
