How does billing work?

The billing amount depends upon these following factors :

• The plan you choose for your workspace

You can select anyone out of 4 paid plans. Click here to compare the plans based on the features available.

• The subscription you take for the plan (monthly/yearly)

The amount is decided on whether you have subscribed to the Annual plan or Monthly plan. Since there are two different prices for different subscription

• Number of billable users

Whenever any collaborators are added or removed, the billing amount gets updated and the workspace will be charged according to the usage by the users.

• Changes in any of the factors mentioned above.

If any of the parameters mentioned above get changed then the billable amount changes that will be carry forwarded to the next bill.

In order to make payments, the owner of the workspace needs to add his credit/debit card.

Once the plan is activated, the expiry date of the plan is also displayed. When the date crosses the expiry date then the plan gets renewed automatically. So if you wish to make any changes, do it before the expiry date. However, if you wish to make any changes in the plan you can do it anytime you want to, you will be charged according to the usage, and will get the remaining balance (if any) in the form of BIMcoins.

You will also receive an invoice after every billing cycle that exists in your workspace which helps you track it and lets you download it whenever you want to.
