If you're not an admin, you won't be able to see this section. If you still would like to add or remove users from the workspace, you'd need to request a Workspace Admin or Owner to do so on your behalf.

Here, at first you can see a list of users in your Workspace.

You can see the following fields:

  • User Profile Pic

  • User Name

  • Email

  • Designation

  • Company

  • Role in Workspace

  • When the user was invited to this workspace

  • When the user first logged into this workspace

Beneath this table, you can see options for inviting new users,

You can invite someone simply by entering their Email and Company in the empty fields as shown in the image. You may also leave a note for them if you'd like. If you decide to add a note, click on the icon as shown in the image and this note will be included in the email we send them.

πŸ““Note

Only editors and managers in your workspace add up to your cost. So if you invite someone from over here and don't add them as an editor or manager to a project, then you don't have to pay for them.

This gives Admins a lot of freedom to invite anyone they'd like without worrying about paying for them. When ready, they can be invited as editors to a project in the workspace or as viewers which are always free.
