What is the refund policy?

What is the refund policy?

There are two possible reasons for a refund-
  1. Change in subscription plans
For example, if you downgrade your plan in the middle of your working active plan, then the refund would be done in the form of BIMcoins.
  1. Change in the no. of billable users
For instance, if the no. of billable users reduce in your workspace, then you will be charged on the basis of their usage and the rest of the amount will be refunded back to your workspace in the form of BIMcoins.

These are some of the important points of our Refund policy-
  • Any refund to be made will be done only in the form of BIMcoins.
  • An owner can transfer his personal BIMcoins to any of the workspaces he is associated with but BIMcoins from the workspace cannot be transferred back to the personal account.
  • Apart from planBIM, BIMcoins cannot be used on any other platform and cannot be used to cash-in the amount.
  • No refund will be made if the user deletes the workspace. The existence of the very workspace is essential to claim the refund.
