There are 2 cases when it comes to deleting your workspace-
If you have multiple owners of your workspace then in order to delete the workspace from your account then just follow these simple steps:
Switch on to the workspace that you wish to delete
Click on your account picture at the top right corner, a drop-down window would appear, now click on the WORKSPACE SETTINGS
When you go to the workspace settings, under the section OWNERS, click on to the option Delete this workplace
Now a pop-up will be on your screen asking if you’re sure about deleting the workspace, click NEXT if you are sure about it
You will have to write a feedback stating the reason for deleting the workspace, this helps us to provide better solutions to the users
You will receive a mail from our team on your planBIM registered Email ID with an OTP which is needful to proceed in order to delete your workspace. So enter that code and your workspace will be deleted.
The flow of procedure is just according to the sequence of images as shown below-
2. If you’re the sole owner of the workspace and want to delete the workspace with all the data in it, then follow
these simple steps:
Click on your account picture at the top right corner, a drop-down window would appear, now click on EDIT PROFILE as shown in the image.
Click on the WORKSPACES tab on the left to go to that section.
Switch on to the workspace that you wish to delete by clicking on SWITCH corresponding to the workspace that you wish to delete.
Now click on REMOVE YOURSELF
If you’re sure that you want to delete this workspace just hit REMOVE
Click on NEXT icon at the bottom.
Write your feedback and hit NEXT
Our team will send you a mail on your registered Email ID, open it and use the code in the mail to delete your workspace.
And that’s how you can delete your workspace!
