Changing Your Password
There are two scenarios where you would wish to change your password-
You've signed up and willing to change the password
Forgot your password
Setting up a password after signing up using social logins
You've signed up and willing to change the password
Click on the profile picture at the top right corner to get an overview of your account, now click on EDIT PROFILE as shown in the image.
You will be now directed to a new page. Click on ACCOUNT & SECURITY to view that section. Now enter your old password and then add a new password, re-enter it for confirmation and hit SAVE as shown. Your password will be successfully changed
Forgot your password
There is absolutely no need to worry if you forgot your planBIM password. Just follow the procedure as shown below-
Click on the FORGOT icon as shown below and enter the email ID to receive a password-reset-mail.
Go to your respective mail account and open the link provided in your account to reset password
Now enter your new password, confirm it by re-entering, and that’s it!😀
You have successfully changed your password!
Setting up a password after signing up using social logins
After signing up using your Google or LinkedIn account, while signing in to planBIM account, you are required to use your social login details. Even though you have signed up using social login accounts, you can choose to set up a different password for planBIM and for doing so,
Click on your display picture at the top right corner, and click on the EDIT PROFILE button as shown in the image.
Click on ACCOUNT & SECURITY button to open that tab.
Now set a password and re-enter, to confirm the same.
Click on the SAVE button to save the changes.
