Forgot Password [Apps]

If you have unfortunately forgotten your planBIM account password, we have you covered!

You can reset it using the mobile app on the go.

Firstly, on the SIGN IN screen, type in your planBIM account email address and tap on NEXT.

The second step is to tap on FORGOT which is present on the password input screen, as shown in the image below.

Once you do that, you will notice a text box for your email address and a REQUEST RESET LINK button, which will send a link to your email address for resetting your password.

The app will prompt you to check your email account for the reset password email.

The image below shows the email which you will receive for resetting your password. It will contain a reset link which, on selecting, it will redirect you to the page where you can reset your password.

Finally, type in the new password and tap on SAVE PASSWORD.

This step completes the procedure to reset your password.
