I’ve forgotten my email address
Each planBIM account is linked to an email address. You cannot access your planBIM account using different email account. However, if you happen to forget your registered email account you were using for planBIM, you can try following options to retrieve it.

Our team sends a verification mail to your registered email account through which you verify your account and proceed to sign in. Proceed to sign in if you find our email in any of your accounts.)

Try logging in with any and all email addresses / passwords you may have used to create an account, or that you regularly use elsewhere.
Enter all email addresses you use into our password reset form (you must be logged out). If an account exists, you’ll receive an email with further details.
Check your SPAM folder in your email account in case you can’t find any of the planBIM mails in your inbox.
