View all users of your Company
To view all the users in your company across all workspaces, follow these simple steps:
If you’re a member of the company
Click on your account picture at the top right corner, a drop-down window would appear, now click on the VIEW COMPANY
You would be directed to your company page, scroll down to see your team details. Under this section click on View everyone in your company.
You would be directed to the page having all the details of the users from your company.
The details of users on this page include:
Name
Email ID
Designation in the company
Role in the company in planBIM
Date of invitation sent to user
Date of joining of user
If you are Ambassador of the company
Even for ambassadors, the procedure for viewing the users of the company is similar but ambassadors get to invite other members in the company.
Click on your account picture at the top right corner, a drop-down window would appear, now click on the MANAGE COMPANY
Scroll down a bit, and click on Manage users of your company.
Once you visit the page of Manage Company, you will see the list of all the users in your company. Being an ambassador, you can invite new users using their email IDs and add a note while sending the invitation, as shown in the image.
