View all Companies of your Workspace

View all Companies of your Workspace

You can view all the companies that are associated to the projects in your current workspace.

Follow these simple steps to view all your companies:

  • Click on your account picture at the top right corner, a drop-down window would appear, now click on the WORKSPACE SETTINGS

  • When you go to the workspace settings, under the section ADMINS, click on to the option View All Companies in Workspace as shown in the image.

  • You will now be directed to the list of all companies associated to your workspace, you can click on the icon as shown in the image to arrange companies alphabetically or in reverse manner.

Here you will see a list of companies, with their respective details like:

  • Owners

  • Admins

  • Members

  • Projects

  • Users

There is toggle button to switch from Projects to Users, you can click on it switch as shown in the image above.


Projects

This displays:

  • Project Name

  • Editors

  • Viewers

  • Managers

  • Total Users

If you wish to get the detailed information of a particular company from the list then, simply hover your cursor over anywhere in the row of that company and click on it.

You will be directed to the page that contains the selected company’s information as shown below. If you’re a manager, then you can remove and restore the user from the project, you can change the accessibility of user to different BIM modules simply by clicking on the icons as shown in the image.

Users

This displays :

  • Users

  • Designation

  • Email ID

  • Total Projects

If you wish to get the detailed information of a particular user from the list then, simply hover your cursor over anywhere in the row of that user and click on it.


You will be directed to the page that contains the selected user’s information as shown below. If you’re a manager, then you can grant or revoke access to the user for the project, you can change the accessibility of user to different BIM modules simply by clicking on the icons as shown in the image.

📓Note

If you click on any of the row in Project view or users view, you would further be directed to the page where you would see all the details of that project or user.
