Understanding your invoice
Every time you purchase something on planBIM, we send an invoice to the email address connected to your account’s credit card. Every invoice is also added to the Invoices page in your planBIM account.

Billing is immediate for monthly or yearly subscriptions depending on the selected plan.
Follow these simple steps to view your invoices :
Click on your display picture at the right to get a dropdown window.
Click on EDIT PROFILE.
You would be now directed to the Account Settings’ page. Click on Handle Billing info and invoices.
Now click on the toggle button to switch from Companies to invoices as shown in the image.
Now hover over and click on VIEW button to open your invoice.
In your account’s Invoices page, all purchases that are already billed and paid for will be shown. You will also see the date when your credit card was charged, the invoice number, and a receipt.
