Initial response time
When your chat reaches support, you can expect a first response within these timeframes:
24-hour support from Monday until Friday
First response within 1 – 4 hours during weekdays
We reply within 24 – 48 hours on weekends
Follow up response rate
More often than not, a first response may open a series of investigation and follow up responses can usually take longer.
Complicated and tricky issues may need to be reassigned to a Senior planBIM Specialist or escalated to a Manager. Our team will resolve your issue as swiftly as possible but could take up a few days, especially if the issue requires a fix from our engineers.
