How can I downgrade my plan?

A planBIM subscription is offered as a monthly or annual plan. You can downgrade your plan from your Workspace settings page.

• Find the Profile icon in the upper right, and click on it

• Select WORKSPACE SETTINGS from the drop-down menu

• Select UPGRADE YOUR WORKSPACE.

Now choose a new plan lower than your current plan to downgrade it.

📓Note

Keep in mind your plan will automatically switch immediately.

You will be charged based only on the usage and the rest of the amount will be added to your workspace for further use with the new downgraded plan.

If you need to cancel your planBIM subscription, you can also do so from the Workspace settings page.
