The purpose of this is to provide you an easy to use interface for quickly assigning roles and responsibilities as well as defining the basic building blocks of your BIM Execution Plan.
The Quick Links section consists of 3 cards, namely:
By clicking on the cards you will be redirected to the specific features.
The General setting section lets you specify Categories setting, LOD setting and the units of measurement for the project.
Category Setting - Helps you select categorization for elements, you can either select Generic Classification or Omniclass classification. Generic classification gives you a categorization of elements based on type of works viz. Architectural, plumbing, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil. Omniclass Classification gives you a categorization of elements based on the actual structure of the project viz. Substructure, Interiors, Shell, Services, Equipment and Furnishings, Sitework, special construction and demolition materials
LOD Setting - Helps you select the type of setting for LOD selection to define scope of works on a project. For more details on LOD you can read this article.

👩💻 You can add the software that your team may use in a project, along with the information of their version.
🔖 You can even tag companies to notify them which software and version they need to use, and its specific BIM use. This helps to avoid any miscommunication and ensures that every stakeholder of the project is on the same page.
The roles of the members on the project can be specified in this section of Scoper Overview. You will be able to see the members you've added on this project here and against each member you can provide their role, roles can be multiple and can also be deleted using ❌ icon that appears when you hover over the option.
Responsibility Matrix is a summary of responsibilities in a matrix which is automatically created. It directly reflects the information from the Model Progression Matrix and LOD Matrix where the scope of work has been selected for various categories and sub-categories against different phases and the tags provided for a company or a user for a category in scope.
Although, Responsibility Matrix only displays companies responsible at different phases of a project for each discipline and none of the information cannot be edited from here. To change it, modify the tags in the LOD or Model Progression matrices.
