Approval Process for Content Objects
An Approval workflow routes an object for Approval, Pending or Rejection. This helps to have an organised workflow which helps to monitor the progress of the project.
How Does Approval Process Work?
Submit the object for approval on the basis of criteria.
Managers can review any outstanding requests.
Approve / Pending or Reject the object.
Track your Approved, Pending or Rejected objects by using the Filter available on the content dashboard.
The objects approved will show in Green
The objects pending will show in Amber
The objects rejected will show in Red
